The Context

Balancing consulting with Tigunia alongside full-time CTO responsibilities requires intentional discipline. The primary role always takes precedence - consulting occurs only during personal time and never compromises attention to the company.

Clear boundaries make this work. Consulting engagements are structured around primary role commitments. Client calls occur outside the company hours, deliverables fit around core responsibilities, and any schedule conflicts default to the primary role.

The value flows both ways. Consulting exposes me to diverse challenges and approaches that inform the company strategies. Simultaneously, real-world experience leading enterprise technology provides authentic depth in consulting recommendations. The key is ensuring one enhances rather than detracts from the other.
